HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19312 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri V.V.Raghavaiah, for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that though they filed Appeal RC.No.D2/ 152/ 2014, before 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is not concluding the appeal.

3. From the record, it is evident that the Revenue Divisional Officer/ 3rd respondent directed the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Atamakur on 08.01.2014 to enquire in to the appeal and submit remarks, but so far the appeal could not be proceeded with and completed.

4. I am satisfied having regard to particular fact situation of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to hear the parties and dispose of the appeal Rc.No.D2/ 152/ 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 15.06.2017 BSS
