Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner alleges that land to an extent of Ac.2.19 guntas in Sy.No.435 situated at Jagdevpur Village and Mandal, Siddipet District, was his ancestral property and he is in possession of the same. While so, the neighbouring land owners are trying to encroach into his land stating their land is overlapping into his land. No boundary stone is existing since the year 2004 and taking advantage of the same, the neighbours are creating problems. In order to avoid disputes with his neighbours, petitioner submitted several applications to the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 18.01.2018, application was made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Mee-seva. 4.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner as

- 3 - expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
