Petitioner claims to be owner of land to an extent of 242 sq.yards in Survey No.585 of Jangaon Shivar, Godavarikhani, Ramagundam mandal, Peddapalli (Karimnagar) district. The petitioner alleges that adjacent land owner in Survey No.584 i.e. 4th respondent is trying to interfere with his possession and enjoyment by raising illegal construction over petitioner's land. It is further alleged that when some third parties, on the basis of fictitious documents, tried to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of petitioner's land, petitioner and his brothers resisted the same and instituted suit in O.S.No.5 of 2013 against third parties and the same is pending on the file of VI Additional District Court at Godavarikhani.

According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent created fictitious documents claiming the land belonging to the petitioner and trying to raise construction in the said land. Therefore, petitioner made a representation to the Commissioner, Ramagundam Municipal Corporation on 20.3.2019 alleging that the 4th respondent with political influence and money power trying to raise illegal construction on his land. Alleging inaction on the part of the Respondent Corporation, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The averments in the writ petition, as briefly noted above, would disclose that there is inter se dispute between the petitioner and third parties and 4th respondent, therefore, the petitioner has to

work out his remedies as available to him under law with reference to alleged interference/dispossession before appropriate forum. The petitioner has made a vague allegation in the representation dated 20.3.2019 that the 4th respondent with political influence and money power trying to raise illegal construction, which itself shows that no construction activity is going on.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
