This appeal is filed aggrieved by the decree and judgment, dated 18.09.1996 in O.S.No.32 of 1991 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Nizamabad.

This matter is pertaining to the year, 1998. When the matter is listed for hearing on 08.02.2017, 28.02.2017 and 17.03.2017, none appeared for the appellants and this Court directed to list the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants have not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
