When the matter was listed on 25.11.2015, none appeared for the appellants. Even today also when the case is called, none appears for the appellants and the learned Counsel for the appellants is absent. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for default/non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
