It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order dated 22-06-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.38451 of 2015 and Batch. The same is not disputed by Sri J.Srinivas Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
