HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 33643 of 2014 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed today in PIL No.517 of 2013, nothing further survives in the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy if he so desires and advised for redressal of his grievance and if any such remedy is taken by the petitioner, we hope and trust that the concerned forum/authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
