Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved during the pendency of the writ petition. In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
