This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.598 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.140 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Court, Ongole. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the Family Court disposed of F.C.O.P.No.140 of 2015 on 11.02.2018. In view of disposal of the main O.P., the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
