HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.125 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the SubInspector of Police, Inthezargunj Police Station, Warangal, sent written instructions, dated 27.11.2019, stating that their enquiry disclosed that the appellant/accused died about 4 to 5 years ago.

3. In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
