Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is no longer interested to pursue the Company Petition. As the Company Petition is filed for winding up of the respondent Company for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner, the Company Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to workout the remedies for recovery of the debt in accordance with law.
