O R D E R

Sri G.Raja Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that after this writ petition was filed challenging the memo dated 04.03.2016, G.O.Ms.No.43, Industries and Commerce (M.II) Department, dated 06.04.2016 was issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in terms of the impugned memo and therefore, the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration. He seeks leave to permit his client to challenge the G.O. now issued, if he so chooses. The writ petition is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge G.O.Ms.No.43 dated 06.04.2015 in accordance with law, if he so chooses. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
