Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the suspension order dated 26.04.2019.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the suspension order dated 26.04.2019 and if the petitioner prefers an appeal, it is needless to say that the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
