THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.647 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.370 of 2009 on the file of Medchal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, further action was dropped by the police.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
