This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff aggrieved by the order dated O9.O3.2O12 in O.S.(SR).No.434 of 2Ol2 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

l,earned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that since the case is posted after long time i.e., after five years, he has no instructions whether the notice was served. 3.

Having gone through the proceeding sheet, on 2O.LO.2OI7, 01.11.2018, 23.11.2018 and 14.12.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to take out notice to the respondent and hle proof of service of notice. Though this Court ordered to serve notice on the respondent, no steps were taken by the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaleous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. !
