Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Apparently the prayer in I.A.No. 335 of 2014 is strange. The learned trial Judge through the order impugned rightly rejected the said prayer. The admitted position as on date is that I.A.No.283 of 2014 is pending in the suit. The said application is filed under Order I Rule 10 CPC by the first respondent herein. The learned trial Judge is directed to consider the prayer in I.A.No.283 of 2014 and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with the above

observation.
