Sri Ramakrishna, the learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed an e-mail communication, dated 17.08.2020, to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. When the matter is taken up for hearing also, the learned counsel sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
