When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submit that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 9.7.2002 in WPMP No.15156 of 2002, the petitioner is continuing in service and working as Assistant Survey Officer (E-5 Grade) and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
