OFFICE NOTE 19.09.2025 BRMR, J I.A.Nos.01 and 02 of 2025 I.A.No.01 of 2025 Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District has addressed a letter dated 24.03.2025 seeking extension of time for a period of six (6) months for disposal of I.A.No.46 of 2019 in O.S.No.525 of 2007.

I.A.No.02 of 2025 Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District has addressed another letter dated 19.08.2025 seeking instructions whether the Presiding Officer to proceed with the matter and pass final order or not, while submitting the remarks.

The plaintiff in O.S.No.525 of 2007 has filed C.R.P.No.571 of 2022 for early disposal of I.A.No.46 of 2019 in O.S.No.525 of 2007. The same was allowed on 29.03.2022 with a direction to the Presiding Officer to dispose of the aforesaid IA within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of order dated 29.03.2022.

This Court, vide order dated 03.04.2025 in I.A.No.01 of 2025 in C.R.P.No.571 of 2022 extended three (03) months time for disposal of I.A.No.46 of 2019 in O.S.No.525 of 2007.

Vide letter dated 19.08.2025 the learned Presiding Officer has sought instructions to proceed with the case to pass a final order on contest or not.

Learned Presiding Officer is hearing the matter since long time and he hereby directed to hear the case finally and dispose of I.A.No.46 of 2019 in O.S.No.525 of 2007.

Letter dated 21.03.2025 filed along with I.A.No.01 of 2025 shows that learned Presiding Officer sought extension of time for a period of six

(6) months. The said six (6) months period is nearing for completion.

Hence, extension of one more month time is granting from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for disposal of I.A.No.46 of 2019 in O.S.No.525 of 2007.

Accordingly, both the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 are ordered.
