THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3679 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings dated 24.03.2012 in FIR No.105 of 2012 of Ramachandrapuram P.S., Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 34, 406, and 420 IPC. When the case is called learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this case charge sheet has already been filed and hence the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________ JUSTICE ANIS.
