Sri Mohammed Chunnu v. The Singareni Collieries Company Limited,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.13334 OF 2012 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed declaring the impugned office order No.CRP/PER/PM/4193/599 dated 24.03.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 20.04.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.10486 and 11278 of 2012 and the same is not disputed by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed interms of the order dated 20.04.2012 passed in W.P.Nos.10486 and 11278 of 2012. However, this will not preclude the authorities from exercising power of transfer, if the need arises. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
A copy of the order dated 20.04.2012 in W.P.Nos10486 and 11278 of 2012 is to be annexed to this writ petition. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 29.11.2016 dv
