HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.3892 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri D. Purna Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition on the sole ground that the petitioners subsequently filed Crl.P. No.4590 of 2017, and that this Court granted stay of all further proceedings on 20.06.2017 until further orders, and also seeks liberty to approach again with similar petition, in case proceedings in Crl.P. No.4590 of 2017 are terminated against the petitioners. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, granting such liberty the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
