There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of WRIT of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to act in accordance with law and forbear from arresting the petitioner in connection with FIR No.33 of 2014 on the file of CCS, Hyderabad subject to the condition that the petitioner would appear before the 1st respondent for cooperating with the ongoing investigation upon receipt of a summon/notice from the 1st respondent and thereby abide by the provisions contained in Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and grant such other relief as its deems fit in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.33 of 2014 on the file of the CCS, Hyderabad, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed on 28.10.2017 before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. The concerned Magistrate after taking cognizance of the offence, numbered the case as C.C.No.313 of 2018, which is pending trial. Learned Government Pleader also brought to the notice of this Court that an additional charge sheet was also filed on 02.04.2019 against accused Nos.4 and 5.

In that view of the matter, more particularly, looking at the prayer sought in the writ petition, no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
