THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.8467 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed by the applicant in O.A.No.3020 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the failure on the part of the authorities, the respondents in the O.A., to abide by the interim order dated 04.08.2016 passed therein. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the respondents in the O.A. to pay salaries to the petitioner-applicant which were due to her. Upon abolition of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, insofar as the State of Telangana is concerned, O.A.No.3020 of 2016 was transferred from its file and renumbered as W.P (TR) No.6204 of 2017 and is presently pending on the file of this Court. Be that as it may.

Learned Government Pleader for Services, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that by proceedings dated 09.06.2017, the District Educational Officer, Suryapet, released a sum of Rs.40,575/- towards arrears of salaries payable to the petitioner-applicant. The petitionerapplicant executed receipt dated 19.06.2017 in acknowledgment of having been paid the said salaries.

In the light of these proceedings, it is clear that interim order dated 04.08.2016 passed by the Tribunal has been sufficiently complied with. In the event the petitioner-applicant has any dispute with regard to the quantification of the arrears, it is for her to seek redressal thereof independently and the same cannot be made the subject matter of this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
