HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9970 OF 2019 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the official respondents in not arresting the unofficial respondents 4 and 5/Accused Nos.1 and 2 in connection with the FIR No.155/2019 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, dt.14.04.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after registration of the crime at the instance of the writ petitioner, during the course of investigation, LWs.1 and 2 were examined and their statements were recorded; and that since the offence is registered under Sections 306 and 511 IPC, wherein the punishment is below seven years imprisonment, after obtaining legal opinion, notices under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C were also issued to the Accused persons.
Recording the above instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
