There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action on the complaint on 30.09.2014 of the petitioner and encroachment into his plot by the 5th respondent with axes and sickles and restraining the 3rd, 4th & 5th respondent from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of land in plot No.590/B, in Survey Nos.148 to 155, in M.C.K. Block No.2, 250 Sq. mts. situated at Gopalanagar Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., Hydernagar village, Kukatpally Municipality, Ranga Reddy District wherein the petitioner with the prior approval of the 1st respondent statutory authority herein made legal construction and the 5th respondent illegally, arbitrary, high handed and capricious and demolishing without due process of law and not to dispossess him from the subject lands and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent placed on record the written instructions, dated 19.12.2019, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that on verification of the station records, it was disclosed that the petitioner has given a complaint to the 4th respondent on 30.09.2014 stating that some persons have removed the basement and dug in the centre of the plot for construction of new basement with granite stones and they also bought sand and stones and dumped in their road, as such, he requested the police to take action. Pursuant to receipt of the said complaint, an entry was made in the General Diary of the Station
and enquiry was conducted. During the enquiry, it was disclosed that the matter is civil in nature, as such, the 4th respondent advised the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for redressal, as the matter is civil in nature.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
