HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 10014 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing Notice dt.19.04.2019 asking the petitioner to produce certain land documents for enquiry, within three days and in harassing the petitioner by calling to the police station, inspite of submission of documents by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in pursuance to the impugned notice dt.19.04.2019, the petitioner submitted the documents and the respondent police registered a crime, and as such no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition of disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
