ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner claims that his father purchased land to an extent of Ac.3.20 cents in Survey No.1, Tirupathi village vide registered document No. 423/79 dated 29.10.1978. Though the document prescribes specific boundaries, father of petitioner applied for sub-division and to fix boundaries and necessary fee was also paid through Meeseva on 14.7.2016. Thereafter, though number of times father of petitioner approached the authorities, no action is taken so far. 2.
Photo copy of F-Line proforma application submitted by father of petitioner and receipt issued by Meeseva centre dated 14.7.2016 are enclosed at page Nos. 8 and 10 of the paper book. Though, sufficient time is granted to learned Government Pleader, no instructions are furnished on the status of application.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader. With their consent the writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar to take further course of action as required by law and various circular instructions issued by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlements and Land Records, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
