HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3550 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR against the accused and as the investigation is pending, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that A1 is an employee working as Assistant Central Intelligence Officer-I, A2 is a student, A3 and A4 are old persons, the police of CCS Police Station, Hyderabad are directed not to arrest petitioners/A1 to A4 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/A1 to A4 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
