As there was no representation for the appellants on 08.09.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today, under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", though, Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - insurer represented the matter, there is no representation for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
