THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15324 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in finalizing the tenders pursuant to tender notification dated 18.02.2014 without insisting the contractors and participants in the tender to have EPF code number and awarding the works by violating the conditions of tender.

2. The Writ Petition was filed and came up for consideration on 05.06.2014. But, now the cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive. However, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the implementation of conditions of tender has to be taken note by the authorities in future.

3. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
