Learned counsel for petitioner states that the said order has been complied with.

In view of the implementation of the said order, it is stated by counsel on both sides that the Writ Petition be closed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
