When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel appearing on either side have informed the Court that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5507 of 2002 & batch, dated 19.09.2019, and therefore, contend that similar orders be passed in this writ petition also. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order, dated 19.09.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5507 of 2002 & batch, this writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the recovery of the amounts, it is always open for them to challenge the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
