THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3117 OF 2020 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dt.17.07.2021 in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and is numbered as CC.No.2581 of on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner herein to file fresh petition challenging the charge sheet, if so advised. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
