HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21361 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to grant Police Aid in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of petitioner's land in Sy.No.293/AA to an extent of Ac.1.10 guntas of Nelapatla Revenue Village, Kusumanchi Mandal, Khammam District on the repesentation of the 4th respondent seeking to implement the exparte decree and judgment in O.S.No.642/2001 dated 24.02.2003, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

As on today, there is no grant of Police Aid in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of petitioner's land. The petitioner filed this writ petition on mere apprehension. In case, any Police Aid is granted by the 2nd respondent, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same. As such, the writ petition is dismissed as premature. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
