THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20533 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners complain against the inaction of respondents in disposing of the application dated 23.07.2009 filed for regularization of fish tanks in Sy.Nos.39/1, 39/2, 39/4 and 46/1 in an extent of Ac.9.07 cents in Likhitapudi Gram Panchayat, Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents draws the attention of the Court to G.O.Ms.No.15 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish) Department dated 26.05.2015 and contends that instant G.O. is applicable as on date for consideration of the application filed by a party for regularization or grant of permission for establishment of a fish tank.

4. Counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioners to apply for regularization of fish tanks in accordance with applicable Government orders and as and when applied, respondents may be directed to consider and dispose of the same expeditiously.

5. Having regard to the above circumstances, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

Petitioners are given liberty to apply for regularization in accordance with the applicable G.O's, by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of four (4) weeks from today and respondents are directed to pass orders on the applications filed by the petitioners within a further period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the applications.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
