It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in WP No.41797 of 2015 dated 06.03.2017 and same is not disputed by Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent Corporation. In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of order dated 06.03.2017 in W.P.No.41797 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of the order dated 06.03.2017 in WP No.41797 of 2015 be annexed with this order.
