HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20516 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made application to the Joint Collector for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.337/2 and Ac.0.11 cents in Sy.No.480/3 of Penchupalli Village fields, Battamdoddi Survey Group, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District, along with the said application the petitioner also made application in Form-6A to the 4th respondent for grant of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds. As no action is being taken on the said applications, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no date is mentioned about filing of the application in Form-6A.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to file application for grant of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds in terms of the Rules and on such application, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
