This appeal is preferred by the appellant/RTC questioning the order of the M.A.C.T.-cum-District Judge, Nizamabad (for short, the Tribunal) in O.P.No.370 of 2007 dated 08-05-2009. 2.

This Court by its Judgment dt.23-12-2019, dismissed the connected appeal in MACMA No.735 of 2011 which was arisen out of O.P.No.66 of 2007. The Tribunal, on 08-05-2009, has passed common order in that O.P. along with the present O.P.No.370 of 2007 and allowed both the petitions in part, since both the petitions arose out of the same accident.

In view of the same and for reasons alike in MACMA No.735 of 2011, this appeal is also dismissed. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
