HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.22026 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 04.04.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.285 of 2015 passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, in exercise of the powers under Section of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, for taking physical possession of the secured assets of the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

2. This Court, while issuing notice before admission, by order dated 20.07.2015, granted interim stay of taking possession of the secured assets of the petitioner, on condition of the petitioner depositing half of the amount due as per the possession notice within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 24.08.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner has taken time to report whether such conditional order is complied with or not.

3. Even today, when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order granted by this Court on 20.07.2015 is vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________________ JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY
