Heard.
The petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and it is stated that he has applied under Form 6-A to the 3rd respondent on 06-052015 by paying necessary fee in E-Seva. Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions, which state that the land in question was distributed to four Schedule Caste beneficiaries and from whom, the petitioner has purchased the same. In any case, it is a matter relating to the jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent in considering the petitioner's application in Form 6-A and passing appropriate orders thereon. The 3rd respondent is free to verify the record and consider the petitioner's application, dated 06-05-2015, as stated above, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, in any case, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
