The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and is in possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring Ac.1-80 cents in Survey No.31/1A situated at Sher Mohammadpeta Village, Jaggaiahpeta Mandal, Krishna District, since 2011 by virtue of will deed, dated 10.01.2011. In pursuance of the same, he made application on 03-12-2015 in Form-VI (A) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI (A) of the Act and the same is pending before the 1st respondent, it is for the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI (A), in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
