1. On 21.02.2024 when the matter was called, there was no representation and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on i3.03.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 13.03.2024 at the request of learned Counsel for the petitioners the matter was adjourned to 27.03.2024. On 27.03.2024 it was informed that the learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 on record was expired and therefore the learned Counsel for the petitioners was permitted to take out personal notice to the respondent No.3 and the matter was adjourned to today under the same caption. Today, when the matter was ca,lled there is no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, this Court has no option except to dismiss tJ.e writ petition for non-prosecution/default.
