This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 12.11.2014 in O.S.No.58 of 2003 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor. (for short, 'the Court below'). During hearing, Sri M. Venkata Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the above mentioned suit itself has been disposed of, by the Court below and therefore, the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
