Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.21360 of 2007 on 30.06.2011 dismissing the writ petition, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive at present, but, however, he seeks liberty to approach the Court in the event of there being any grievance to the petitioner. 2.

Recording the same by granting liberty as sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
