THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.2001 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in disposing the I.A.SR.No.1001 of 2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.SR.No.1001 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.SR.No.1001 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, on or before 09.06.2017 in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the C.R.P. is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
