Vide order dated 08.07.2019, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat. On 14.12.2019, the matter was settled the before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the said Award dated 14.12.2019. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Award to this judgment. No costs.
