HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1418 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Since the charge sheet is filed and the matter is coming for trial, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, at the request of learned counsel for petitioner, the appearance of the petitioner/A2 in C.C.No.208 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sultanabad is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires his attendance.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
