This petition is filed questioning the award in I.D.No.116/2004 dated 02.01.2007 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Warangal passed in favour of the 2nd respondent.

Though this writ petition is dismissed for default against respondent No.2 vide order dated 24.06.2011, no steps have been taken by the petitioner till date. Unless the 2nd respondent is party to this writ petition, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
