This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.49 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Baruva Police Station, Srikakulam District. Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
